You wake up in the middle of the night. You cannot move. You see the stuff of nightmares floating above the bed. But you're not REALLY awake are you? You can't REALLY be seeing this can you?

 

 

 

For some of us, sleep doesn't come easy, and neither does shifting out of the dream state. About 8% of people report having sleep paralysis at some point in their life. Some people even report having an awful sleep paralysis creature sitting on their chest when they open their eyes! Take a shot back at insomnia and sleep paralysis with this snuggly creepy bun set.
